I've got 2 more weeks of classes then I am done with school! WA-HOO!!! I've been staying with my oh-so-amazing sister Jamie up in Spanish Fork. My classes are only 1 day a week and I have the other 6 to do whatever I want.
It turns out the whatever I want is a little harder to determine than I thought it would be. I did give myself a few project today that I am a little happy about. Ok, so neither cost me a cent, so I'm THRILLED about them.
The first was one of those freaking cute camera straps that I'd seen on a bunch of crafty-pants blogs. I wanted to make one for awhile, and since it required only material scraps (which I always seem to have an abundance of.), it was just the project I was looking for.
I think it turned out so cute. (Except the pictures are fuzzy because they were taken with my phone. Funny thing... I'd never really thought about how you take a picture of the camera you want to take a picture of. Hmmm?)

The second project was more of an improvement on a past project that I'd made. I had made a curtain for my "laundry room" at my old apartment, but when we moved we decided to put in on Jamie's back door. Love the window in the door... but it was a little bare and a little too stalker-could-easily-peek-through-the-window open. So, I added a seam at the bottom and made it a custom fitted window curtain! Yey! (You can't really tell from the picture... but it matches her cute house so well.)
