Is strangulation an option?

Tenants are driving me crazy!!! Yesterday I had a tenant at my door almost every 30 min.... ALL DAY! I can't believe how ungrateful and selfish people are and how entitled people feel. I felt like asking some of them, "Can you give me your parents' number so I can call and ask them what the hell they were doing in raising such a spoiled, ungrateful, lazy child?" And then kick them in the shin.

Seriously. You are paying NEXT TO NOTHING for rent and you're going to find every little thing you can to complain about? The biggest one that is getting me lately is the air conditioning requests. We don't have air conditioning in the apartments, and I can't tell you th amount of BOGUS "doctor's notes" I've seen lately. Come on people... You're paying $25 in rent and you're going to complain and moan about how hot it is? First of all... It's now August.. the hottest part of the year is over. Second of all if it's really that "unbearable" (direct quote) go pay $600 a month in rent for an airconditioned apartment... there out there!!!

I even went on a run yesterday just to get away from people... it was so nice... 30 min of nobody b*tching in my ear, nice evening.... and then I came home... to somebody waiting on my doorstep... waiting to complain.

So my question is...Is strangulation an option?
